Locally Sourced Food

Local food is more than just a viable option for the dinner table; it’s a healthy, community-minded choice for events. Through collaboration with the WVU Extension Service Small Farm Center, all food served during the conference will be locally sourced.

The WVU Extension Small Farm Center continues to recruit producers in their efforts to source locally and meet the demand for their evolving menus. If interested, please contact 304-293-2715 to learn how to become a future producer for events like this.
